I had the pleasure of working with Odessa during my time at YourCause. She was the Vice President of the Client Success Group when I was at the company. Odessa was instrumental in the growth of YourCause. I was able to see her lead her team through many implementations. She managed one of the largest teams (if not the largest team) at the company. Her role required a leader who is smart, well-spoken, decisive, technical, and empathetic. Odessa possesses all of these characteristics and more. She is not shy about speaking the truth and is a leader I trust to "do the harder right, than the easier wrong". I admire her ability to project her positive energy into any room she enters. She can drive positive culture in any team environment. I would very much enjoy working with Odessa again. Otherwise, I look forward to watching her continue to be successful in her endeavors.
"Every time I see Odessa, two things come to mind. 1. Rockstar 2. Amazing person I'm lucky enough to work with Odessa and always look forward to tackling complex projects with her. If you ever get the chance to work with her, take it."
